Product Designer

OfferToday is looking for a visionary senior UX designer to realize our groundbreaking UX design in the field of HR.

The mission of the OfferToday team is to help job seekers quickly find their ideal jobs and recruiters quickly find their ideal candidates through accurate job recommendations, thereby improving the job search and recruitment efficiency of each user. The North Star Vision of OfferToday is to create an equal, safe and easy platform experience so that users on both sides can happily achieve their expectations.

This is a brand new business direction based on the Hong Kong market, which requires a brand new online experience for job seekers and recruiters. The product strategy for many business problems is not clearly defined, and innovation is the key to our realization of the North Star Vision. As a UX Designer, you will work closely with the business team, product team, and technical team to lead/build the end-to-end experience through the design process, balancing quantitative/qualitative data, business goals and technical considerations. You will think about the end-to-end user journey in an innovative way, starting from user surveys and experiments, conceptualizing ideas, and continuously improving the experience towards the North Star Vision. You will be the key person to design the future of OfferToday and make it a reality.

Key Responsibilities‌

Formulate and design customer-centric experiences by understanding the intersection of local user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed visual design specs throughout the design process.
Contribute to UX design best practices while continuously advocating for design thinking and craftsmanship across the OfferToday team.

Essential Qualifications

3+ years of design experience
Have a working online portfolio
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and XD and prototyping with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
Familiarity with UX design for complex workflows
Understanding of mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with UX design processes
Familiarity with acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
Familiarity with defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
Familiarity with designing customer-facing retail products
Familiarity with providing design solutions for large-scale and complex projects
