Job Overview
We are an award-winning, no-code, full-suite ESG and sustainability data management solution seeking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our platform. Your work will ensure responsible investment decisions, accurate labelling of sustainable financial products, and contribute to a sustainable economic ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that address the needs of our diverse user base.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our ESG and sustainability data management platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Preferred Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, XD, and JAVA systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
