Job Description:
- Provide design support to the Director in overseeing various project aspects.
- Assist in supervising the project team's operations, including task delegation, progress monitoring, and offering requisite support and guidance.
- Engage proactively with clients to comprehensively understand their needs and expectations, offering tailored proposals and quotations to meet their needs.
- Handle documentation tasks, including tender preparation, quotation generation, and invoice processing, etc., with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing office software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite: excel/powerpoint/word, for streamlined processing of project-related paperwork and information management.
- Execute any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:
- A minimum diploma level of education and at least 1-2 years experience as a project secretary or project assistant in a relevant industry is preferable
- Experienced in interior design and office fitting-out projects
- Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and shipping
- Experience in site coordination will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, able to fully dedicate oneself to project work and ensure its successful completion.
- Management experience, able to assist in managing the project team's work and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, able to independently solve various problems and challenges that arise during the project.
- Excellent document processing skills, able to accurately and clearly express project-related information.
- Proficient in using office software, able to efficiently handle project-related paperwork and information management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required, with knowledge of Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferable
