Key Responsibilities
• Conduct independent and/or collaborative scientific research
• Publish high-quality academic papers in peer-reviewed journals
• Apply for national or international research funding
• Supervise graduate students or junior researchers (if applicable)
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams to drive research-to-industry translation
Compensation & Benefits
• Annual Salary: RMB ¥300,000 – ¥2,000,000+ (negotiable based on experience and
qualifications)
• Research Startup Funding : Up to RMB ¥3,000,000• Housing & Settlement Support: Up to RMB ¥3,000,000 (for talent housing, rental
subsidies, or property purchase assistance)
