Food factory quality control

Duties:

1. Responsible for the acceptance of raw materials and packaging materials. According to the original raw material acceptance standard, carry out sensory testing, moisture content testing, etc. on the raw materials;
2. Supervise and inspect production operations and conduct sanitation inspections at the production site, summarize and fill out relevant quality control data, and fill out relevant reports;
3. Analyze and improve quality abnormalities and accident causes and track them;
4. Perform physical and chemical testing and microbiological testing on finished products. Identify any issues found during testing.
Quality issues are promptly analyzed in terms of information and data, and promptly reported to higher-ups

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with food quality control experience are preferred.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, and good team spirit.
3. Be good at finding and analyzing problems.
