Dietitian

Responsibilities:

• Provide Dietetic services to elderly of the residential home service, including conducting menu modification, direct assessment, treatment as well as coordinating health talk, workshops and programs;
• As an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, provide professional inputs in care plan formulating;

• Provide education & coaching to the staff
  Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics plus internship and on list of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitian;

• Possess 5 years or above post-qualification experience in patient care related practice of dietetic service.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills

• Proactive, mature and independent; possess good computer literacy
