Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of products and equipment to clients.
• Plan and schedule shipments while optimizing routes and delivery schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to track shipments, monitor inventory, and address any logistical issues.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory control, and stock management processes to maintain accurate records and stock levels.
• Handle purchasing duties, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and placing orders for equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare logistics reports, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Address and resolve logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin being a plus.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and procedures is an advantage.
