Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch to top-tier brands, crafting proposals for integrated campaigns (e.g., influencer marketing, native ads, live commerce).
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their goals and optimizing campaign performance (e.g., CTR, conversion rates).
Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to customize data-driven strategies that align with client KPIs.
Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients on emerging opportunities.

Requirements
Legal Status: Valid Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Right to Work.
Experience: 3+ years in digital sales or business development, preferably in e-commerce/social media.
Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets (e.g., annual revenue of HK$3M+).
Skills:Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
