Business Manager

Duties:
1. Responsible for developing and maintaining Hong Kong regional customer resources, formulating and implementing market expansion plans, and completing the sales targets set by the company;
2. In-depth understanding of Hong Kong's human resources market dynamics and customer needs, collection and analysis of market information, and provision of basis for the company to formulate market strategies;
3. Develop and maintain good cooperative relations with Hong Kong government departments, associations, etc. institutions, expand cooperation channels;
4. Responsible for building and managing the Hong Kong team, leading the team to achieve business goals;
5. Coordinate internal company resources to provide professional human resources solutions to customers and ensure service quality;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of human resources industry Hong Kong market expansion experience, those with rich customer resources and successful cases are preferred;

3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills and team spirit;
4. Have good English and Cantonese communication skills, fluent in Mandarin is preferred;
