Job Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process daily operations of the store, including: sales, shelf organization, product display, cleaning and sanitation, inventory, receiving, goods replenishment and reconfiguration
* Properly handle customer inquiries and understand their needs, provide quality services to customers, and build solid customer relationships
* Responsible for inventory management, display management, etc.
* Assist the regional manager to lead the team to achieve the company's established goals
* Provide training and guidance to store colleagues
Work requirements REQUIREMENTS
* At least 5 years or more of retail work experience, with at least 3 years as a store management team
* More experienced individuals will be considered for employment as Store Manager
* Passionate about customer service and excellent communication skills
* Strong adaptability, able to handle multiple tasks and dare to accept challenges
* Responsibility, positive and proactive, willing to learn, and good at team work
