Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional and one-stop assurance solutions, covering investment, financial planning and savings plans, etc. Provide multi-faceted services.
2. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the client's financial situation, deeply understand their needs and goals, tailor-make a wealth management plan for them and follow up on its implementation.
3. Build long-term stable cooperative relations with customers, provide consulting services, assist in solving financial problems and answering related questions.
4. Actively expand financial business in Hong Kong and the Chinese region, develop new customer resources, maintain existing customer networks, and enhance market share.
5. Lead and manage the team, promote collaboration among members, monitor performance, and ensure that we meet the company's sales targets.

Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above, with a good educational background.
2. Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills must all reach a general level, allowing for fluent cross-language exchange.
3. Excellent Chinese and English reading and writing skills, able to accurately process various files and reports.
4. Have passed IIQE Part I and Part III examinations and obtained relevant professional qualifications.
5. Accept applications from those who meet the eligibility criteria of the "Hong Kong High-end Talent Pass Program" or the "Hong Kong Excellent Talent Entry Program", including IANG/Professional/High Talent/Excellent Talent and Investment Immigration individuals.
