Skills required: PMP Implementation Project Management
Duties:
1. Responsible for project implementation management, grasp the whole process of project execution, and achieve project goals;
2. Clarify the scope of work, compile project plans, assemble teams, assign project roles and tasks;
3. Configure and test the system's comprehensive workflow and data according to the solution;
4. Communicate effectively with organizational members, effectively resolve various crises, conflicts, and risks, and effectively coordinate resources
5. Follow up and control the progress of the project, identify problems and correct them in a timely manner; control the whole project process, understand the actual development of the project, and timely identify deviations and take corrective measures to discover various risks in the process, reasonably evaluate and formulate corresponding measures, and ensure progress and quality;
6. Organize acceptance to maintain good relations with customers;
7. Project management, daily business promotion and support, tool making, and skills improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Information Systems or Computer Science;
2. Have ERP, OA, collaborative office software system implementation and management experience, with 3 to 5 large-scale project implementation experiences;
3. More than 1 year of project management experience, able to independently complete medium difficulty projects;
4. Strong organizational skills, good communication and coordination abilities; strong sense of responsibility,
5. Responsible, innovative and team-oriented, able to withstand corresponding work pressure, and proactive in work
6. Clear logical thinking, basic understanding of software business logic and design, those who have experience in writing requirement analysis documents are better.
7. Proficient in MySQL\SQL Server\Oracle any one database is preferred.
8. CET4/6 level passed, oral communication reaches the level of business English daily communication, Cantonese/English can be used as working language;
