Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing professional sensory integration training courses for children from 3 to 16 years old, designing personalized training plans based on each student's evaluation results.

3. At the end of the course, organize the students’ training situation, form a detailed report and communicate with parents, feedback the students’ progress and places that need improvement.

4. Regularly participate in internal training and professional knowledge update, enhance teaching ability and professional quality, and ensure teaching quality.

5. Assist in completing other related work assigned by the leader, including team collaboration, activity support, etc.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with children's sensory integration training theory and application methods, those with relevant educational background or professional qualification certification are preferred.

2. Have good observation and analysis skills, be able to accurately evaluate students’ needs and design effective training plans.

3. Enjoy effective communication with parents and students, with patience, affinity, and good service awareness.

4. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to independently handle various problems in the classroom, and at the same time possessing a spirit of teamwork.

5. Relevant experience in children's education or sensory integration training is preferred, with a certain understanding and research basis for children's psychological development.
