We are an award-winning, no-code, full-suite ESG and sustainability data management solution seeking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our platform. Your work will ensure responsible investment decisions, accurate labelling of sustainable financial products, and contribute to a sustainable economic ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that address the needs of our diverse user base.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our ESG and sustainability data management platform.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Preferred Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, XD, and JAVA systems.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
