Project Quantity Surveyor

1. Hire a site-based quantity surveyor with a bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of engineering cost estimation and quantity surveying professional experience;

2. Have 1 to 2 years of experience in Hong Kong local housing construction projects; familiar with Hong Kong government housing construction projects, construction, consulting and construction work mode between parties;

3. Able to coordinate the relationships between the various parties of the project on site; and promptly feedback the on-site situation to the company's back-end for follow-up;

4. Proficient in Cantonese, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English;

5. Familiar with the NEC contract model;

6. Deployment project location: Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong;
