高級專案經理/副專案經理（40K+）

Responsible:

To provide full spectrum support to the Chairman regarding business matters
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items from meetings with timely progress updates.
Assist in project management and coordination of various initiatives
Handle daily correspondences and coordinating meetings and projects
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently and professionally
Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines preferred
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in supporting the Top Management in sizable companies
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Able to handle business correspondence, arrange tight schedule professionally
Able to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible with good working attitude
High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
Willing travel to Mainland China ( once a week )
