Job Description: Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the store, formulate and implement sales plans, and ensure the achievement of business targets.
2. Manage the in-store employee team, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and daily scheduling, to improve overall team efficiency and service quality.
3. Supervise product display, inventory management, and ordering process to ensure the store has sufficient supplies and is well-organized.
4. Maintain customer relationships, handle customer complaints and suggestions, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Regularly analyze store operating data, optimize operating strategies, reduce operating costs and improve profits.
Requirements:
1. Have at least three years of retail or related service industry management experience, those with store manager or equivalent position experience are preferred.
2. Familiar with retail business processes, with good market sensitivity and data analysis abilities.
3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and leadership, able to effectively motivate team members.
4. Work seriously and responsibly, with a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
5. Have good service awareness, pay attention to details, and be able to make decisions based on customer needs.
