Ngau Chi Wan

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the daily operations of petty cash controlling

• Responsible for recording expenses of China offices and ensure proper approval and compliance with organization policies

• Work closely with colleagues to support the cash flow and payment issues

• Assist in month-end closing and reporting

• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess diploma or above in Accounting Studies or equivalent disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, experience in NGOs is definitely an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Chinese word processing)

• Responsible, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently with integrity

• Good command ofwritten & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Immediate available is preferred

• More experienced candidate may be considered as Senior Officer
