As a Shipping Coordinator, you will help manage shipments for our key account clients based in Hong Kong. Your main tasks will include:
• Coordinating Shipments: Work with carriers and clients to ensure smooth transportation of goods across various ports.
• Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents like bills of lading, airway bills and customs documents.
• Tracking Shipments: Monitor shipments and keep clients updated on delivery statuses.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the shipping process.
• Collaboration: Team up with our sales department to meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 2 years in in freight forwarding.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks (Import and Export shipment) and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Friendly and effective communicator with clients and team members.
• Attention to Detail: A focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
