Accounting Officer/Accounts Clerk

We're a global premium pets platform and global licensee of many top international brands. We are rapidly growing and searching for an Accounting Officer/Accounts Clerk.

Job Accountabilities:
- Assist in daily accounting operations focusing on AR and AP transactions.
- Perform routine accounting functions including preparing vouchers, bank reconciliations, data entry etc.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and reconciling inter-company accounts.
- Assist senior members with any tasks, or perform any ad hoc assignments.
- Chasing customer for their outstanding balance of payment collection.

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in accounting (Fresh Graduates also welcome).
- 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
- Being familiar with Accounting Systems is a plus (eg. Xero/ Apparelmagic).
- Independent, proactive, organised and able to work under pressure.
