Duties:
Operate multiple social media platforms (WeChat public account, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Facebook, etc.), enhance the institution's visibility;
Combine local culture and education policies, customize promotional content for Hong Kong and Mainland parents;
Expand the domestic market platform, increase the institution's exposure rate in relevant forums;
Develop and implement online recruitment strategies to increase the conversion rate of potential customers;
Assist in developing online courses and promoting O2O teaching mode to expand the market;
Monitor data and optimize website traffic, social media performance, and ad conversion rates;
Study the trend of Hong Kong and Mainland China's education market, analyze competitors and formulate market strategies;
Based on user behavior optimization promotion channels, course content and service experience;
Adjust recruitment and promotion strategies according to regional demand to ensure brand compatibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, journalism and communication, management, education, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred;
Have more than 3 years of marketing, brand management or online marketing experience, those with education industry or multinational market promotion experience are preferred;
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good writing and communication skills in English.
