Job Description:

We are looking for multiple passionate Junior AI Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in engineering and software development. You will be part of the dynamic and talented team with AI engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Represent Technology department to collaborate with business stakeholders and assess different business needs, develop tailored AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

· Conduct workshops to educate business users on AI technologies and tools

· Involved in the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI-driven projects

· Ensure high standards of engineering quality, including code reviews and best practices; ability to analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights to support decision-making

· Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure to support model training and enhancements post-delivery

· Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and apply relevant innovations to provide expert advice to the management

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

· 2-5 years of relevant working experience

· Knowledge of AI technologies in one of domains NLP, Machine Learning, Robotics, Predictive Analysis, or Generative AI

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks

· Basic knowledge of model quantization and optimization

· Ability to work independently and multi-tasking

· Good project management skill and communication skill

· Fluency in English, Chinese speaking is a MUST

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience in AI tools such as ChatGPT, or other mainstream tools

· Experience in building agentic AI
