Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end TVC planning & buying (free TV, pay TV, addressable TV, streaming platforms) in HK, TW, SG, KR, TH, etc.

  • Own OOH strategy – outdoor billboards, street furniture, airport, MTR, transit, digital OOH, experiential

  • Develop annual media plans, flowcharts, budget allocation and post-campaign reports

  • Negotiate rates, added value, sponsorships and custom solutions with TV stations and OOH vendors

  • Work closely with creative, strategy and client teams to deliver integrated campaigns

  • Analyse reach/frequency, GRP/TRP, competitive spend and media mix effectiveness

  • Explore new TV & OOH opportunities (CTV, DOOH, programmatic, experiential stunts)

Must-Have

  • 3–8 years media planning experience with strong TVC and/or OOH portfolio

  • Proven relationships with TV stations (TVB, ViuTV, NowTV, etc.) and major OOH vendors (JCDecaux, Clear Channel, bus companies)

  • Hands-on campaign execution and negotiation track record

  • Solid understanding of media math (GRP/TRP, reach & frequency, CPT, share of voice)

  • Fluent in English + Cantonese (Mandarin strongly preferred for North Asia markets)

  • Proficient in Mediaocean / Prisma, Nielsen, AdEx, GfK or similar tools is a big plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and procurement of television advertisements (TVC) in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, etc., covering free television, pay television, addressable television and streaming platforms, etc. diverse channels.

  • Responsible for outdoor advertising (OOH) strategy formulation, including outdoor billboards, street furniture, airports, subways (MTR), transportation vehicles, digital outdoor advertising (DOOH) and experiential marketing activities.

  • Develop an annual media plan, including process diagrams, budget allocation, and post-event performance reports, to ensure effective resource allocation and achievement of customer goals.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy and client teams to drive the execution and optimization of integrated marketing communications campaigns.

  • Analyze reach and frequency,GRP/TRP,competitor media spending and media mix effectiveness, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.

  • Explore emerging TV and OOH media opportunities, such as CTV, programmatic buying, digital outdoor advertising, and creative physical interaction planning.

Work requirements

  • Have 3 to 8 years of media planning experience, with a solid portfolio of television commercials (TVC) and/or outdoor advertising (OOH).

  • Establish solid partnerships with local television stations (such as TVB, ViuTV, NowTV, etc.) and major OOH suppliers (such as JCDecaux, Clear Channel, bus companies, etc.)

  • Have a successful record of executing campaigns and negotiating, able to independently manage multiple project schedules and details.

  • Familiar with media measurement indicators and calculation methods, including GRP/TRP, reach and frequency, cost per thousand (CPT), and share of voice (SoV) etc.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese communication; Mandarin speakers are preferred to support North Asian market business needs.

  • Proficient in Mediaocean / Prisma, Nielsen, AdEx, GfK or similar media planning and monitoring tools is an added bonus.
