Job Description
- Process incoming and outgoing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve transit delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the shipping management system and ensure data integrity across related databases.
- Prepare and label packages according to internal standards and carrier requirements, verifying weight, dimensions, and destination details.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation for shipped goods and support audits by providing timely documentation and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or business administration is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or TMS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under regular deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
