We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and experienced TOEFL Junior instructor. You will be responsible for providing professional TOEFL Junior exam training to secondary school students, helping them improve their English comprehensive abilities through systematic teaching, mastering test skills, and ultimately achieving their ideal scores. You are not only a knowledge transmitter, but also a guide and motivator on students’ English learning journey.
Main responsibilities and requirements
One, core teaching responsibilities
Course design and teaching:
· •Based on students’ actual level and course objectives, develop detailed teaching plans, lesson plans, and presentations (PPT).
Student counseling and evaluation:
· •Regularly organize mock exams and carefully analyze students’ test scores to identify weak links.
· •Provide personalized learning advice and after-school tutoring to students, and track their learning progress.
· •Grade students’ assignments and provide timely feedback to help them correct mistakes and solidify their knowledge.
Second, auxiliary responsibilities
Communication and feedback:
· •Follow the latest trends and dynamics of TOEFL Junior and integrate them into daily teaching in a timely manner.
Qualifications required for employment
Education and major:Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for English, linguistics, translation, and education.
Language skills: IELTS 7.5 or above (or equivalent level in another language). Pronunciation is standard, speaking is fluent, and expression is clear.
Teaching experience: Possess1 year or aboveExperience in teaching English to children or adolescents,Preference will be given to those with teaching experience in standardized tests such as TOEFL Junior, Little TOEFL, KET/PET, etc..
Knowledge and skills: In-depth understanding of TOEFL Junior test types, test points, scoring standards and preparation strategies.
Personal qualities: Have strong sense of responsibility, patience and affinity, and love for education. Like to be with youths, good at communicating and motivating students.
Priority will be given to the following conditions:
· •Those who hold TEFL, TESOL, teaching qualifications, etc., international teaching qualifications.
· •Strong performance analysis ability, able to use office software to create teaching charts and analysis reports fluently.
