Job Responsibilities:

1.Independently manage the full cycle of account servicing for Financial Lines and Employee Benefits, including market quoting, programme structuring, proposal analysis, and claims support. Core focus will be on Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O) Insurance, and Investment Management Insurance (IMI), with secondary support for Cyber, Professional Indemnity (PI), and other corporate covers.

2.Conduct periodic policy wording comparisons across key insurance products, analyse differences, and provide professional recommendations to optimise client coverage programmes based on their specific risk exposure.

3.Efficiently and professionally handle claims notifications and processes, acting as the key liaison between clients and insurers to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

4.Support business development efforts by joining client visits, providing technical expertise, and helping to maintain and deepen client relationships to drive retention, new business, and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for graduates from renowned overseas institutions; professional appearance and fluent Mandarin communication skills

2.At least 2 years of relevant experience in Financial Lines and/or Employee Benefits/Corporate Group Medical insurance, with a solid understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market.

3.Professional appearance, articulate, and possess strong communication and client-facing skills.

4.Holder of Hong Kong Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Paper 2 (or equivalent).
