Key Responsibilities

• Wash and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area

• Support chefs with basic preparation work (e.g. washing vegetables, arranging ingredients, clearing stations)

• Assist in receiving and storing goods and supplies

• Help ensure smooth workflow and coordination during busy hours

• Be part of a positive, respectful team that works with care and rhythm

Main responsibilities

• Effectively clean and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances

• Maintain kitchen area cleaning and sanitation standards

• Assist the chef with basic preparation work (such as washing vegetables, arranging ingredients, and cleaning the worktable)

• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory

• Love helping out during busy times to keep the kitchen running smoothly and working with the team

• Become an energetic, mutually respectful, and collaborative team member

Requirements

• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks

• Able to work efficiently under pressure

• Experience in a kitchen is a plus, but not required — training provided

• Must have valid work permission in Hong Kong
