Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow, maintain high food quality and plating standards.

  • Manage and coordinate kitchen staff work schedule, including shift scheduling, training and performance evaluation.

  • Collaborate with senior culinary management to design and implement menus, recipes, and portion control.

  • Monitor inventory levels, order food and supplies, and manage stock rotation to reduce waste and control costs.

  • Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cleaning standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Have 5 to 10 years of professional kitchen work experience, of which at least 2 years are as a supervisor or manager.

  • Must be fluent in Cantonese and English to effectively communicate with team members and management.

  • Holding relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent practical experience; formal education is not a necessary condition.

  • Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, legally able to work and without visa sponsorship.

  • Able to adjust work shifts according to business needs, flexible shift work, working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and adjusting shifts as needed.

  • Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

  • Proven ability to work flexible shifts, including rotational schedules, within operating hours starting from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability as needed based on business demands.
