Job Description
Financial product sales manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing the marketing and sales strategy for wealth management products, achieving the company's set performance targets and meeting the customer's asset allocation needs.
- In-depth analysis of customer financial situation, risk preference and investment objectives, providing professional, compliant and personalized wealth management solution advice.
- Lead high net worth clients and corporate clients in relationship maintenance and deep development, building long-term trust and cooperation relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including investment advisors, compliance, risk management, and back-end operations) to ensure sales processes are compliant, products are smoothly listed, and customer service is efficient.
- Regularly participate in industry seminars, regulatory policy learning and internal training, and continuously enhance our understanding and sales ability of local and cross-border wealth management products (such as funds, bonds, structured products, insurance-linked securities, etc.).
Work requirements
- Having at least 2 years of financial industry sales experience, with at least 1 year focused on retail or private bank wealth management product sales, familiar with the local and international mainstream wealth management product structure and regulatory framework.
- Have excellent communication, expression and persuasion skills, be able to clearly explain complex financial concepts, and demonstrate high professionalism and integrity based on customers.
- Have the ability to independently develop customer resources and manage sales channels, and be proficient in using CRM systems to track sales progress, analyze customer behavior, and optimize conversion rates.
- Proficient in Cantonese and English, able to write and communicate fluently; those with good Mandarin will be given priority.
