Luxury Retail Recruitment: HR Executive (Recruitment)

Well-known luxury retail group - Human Resources Department (responsible for recruitment)

Working location: Hong Kong Island

Salary: Up to HK$22,000 + bonus (depending on experience and qualifications)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (standard office hours, excellent work-life balance)

Main responsibilities

- Responsible for the full-time recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, follow-up on Offer and onboarding program

- Create recruitment reports (Reporting), statistical data analysis and submission

- Assist in the organization of internal company activities (Activity), employee activities and related HR projects

- Participate in headquarters (HQ) human resources projects and support HR Manager's daily work

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth recruitment and consistent with the company's brand image

Entry Requirements

- Holding a university degree (Degree Holder)

- Good English skills (writing and speaking fluently, able to handle English CVs and international recruitment)

- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience (Recruitment / Talent Acquisition), luxury retail, fashion, retail or related industry experience is preferred

- Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills

- Proactive, able to handle recruitment projects independently

- Clean and presentable appearance, suitable for representing a luxury brand image

- Immediate or short-term employment is preferred
