Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the verification and monitoring of on-site worker attendance records to ensure accurate and complete attendance data, and regularly consolidate and analyze related data to support management decisions.

• Review and follow up on salary payment records to ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance and construction site contract requirements, and promptly identify and correct abnormal situations.

• Provide workers with consultation and assistance on salary payment, holiday arrangements, labor and management rights, etc. related to employment, handle preliminary appeals and coordinate communication.

• Support project human resources administrative work, including employee onboarding, document archiving, labor department report submission, employee data update, and internal cross-departmental coordination.

• Reside in the Yuen Long office and work with the on-site management team to handle daily labor affairs, and participate in construction site meetings and emergency responses as needed.

• Have good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English, be able to write clear Chinese reports and basic English emails, and handle bilingual files without obstacles.

• Familiar with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, Minimum Wage Ordinance, and Employees' Compensation Ordinance, etc. related regulations, understand the construction industry common labor contracts and practical operations.

• Careful and steady, with basic data verification and clerical processing skills, able to independently complete attendance statistics, salary verification, and file sorting, etc. repetitive tasks.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa or other valid Hong Kong work permit qualifications.
