<p>Chain laundry store operation manager</p><p>Working location: Hong Kong (accepting regional commuting)</p><p>Employment type: Full-time</p><p>Educational requirements: Secondary school or above</p><p>Core positioning:</p><p>Responsible for the full-scale operation and technical control of the laundry chain business, assisting the upper management in setting goals, coordinating daily operations, costs, equipment, team and system, and at the same time serving as a technical expert responsible for store training and emergency problem handling, ensuring business efficiency and compliance, and steady development.</p><p>Main work responsibilities:</p><p> 1. Assist in the formulation of business objectives and plans, track implementation, and ensure performance is met. </p><p> 2. Develop and review production, budget, materials, training, etc. operating plans.</p><p> 3. Monitor costs and budgets, promote savings measures, and control various expenses. </p><p> 4. Manage device operation and maintenance, and promptly handle failures. </p><p> 5. Drive and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance. </p><p> 6. Communicate with the team, report problems and propose optimization suggestions. </p><p> 7. Supervise the procurement process, collect requirements and prepare procurement proposals. </p><p> 8. Verify expenses and manage related documents. </p><p> 9. Implement and maintain ISO quality and environmental management systems. </p><p> 10. Proficient in laundry and stain removal technology, formulate and conduct store technical training. </p><p> 11. Process clothing damage, complex stains, customer complaints, etc. urgent technical issues. </p><p> Job Requirements </p><p> 1. Education: Secondary school or above. </p><p> 2. Experience: More than 3 years of laundry industry operation experience + more than 3 years of management experience; familiar with the Hong Kong market is preferred. </p><p></p><p> 4. Qualities: Responsible, results-oriented, able to withstand pressure, and follow rules. </p><p> 5. Others: Familiar with Hong Kong's operational compliance requirements, can commute within the region; those with ISO system experience are preferred.</p>
