Main responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business units (BU), IT teams and risk control departments, coordinate and push forward project progress;

• Responsible for requirement collection, analysis and documentation (Business Requirement Document);

• Participate in project planning and management (Project Management), assist in setting milestones, tracking progress and risk control;

• Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) work, including writing test cases, coordinating test resources and following up on defect repairs;

• Analyze business processes and propose system improvements or process optimization suggestions;

• Collaborate with data, compliance or risk control teams to ensure system changes meet business and regulatory requirements;

• Write operation and process files, and provide training support to relevant colleagues.

Entry Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above; finance, information, business administration or related science majors are preferred;

• Experience: Those with a background in banks or financial institutions (FI/Banking) are preferred; those with relevant project management or Business Analyst experience;

• Able to independently handle requirement analysis, UAT guidance and project coordination; those with Project Management experience are preferred;

• Familiar with UAT process, test case writing and defect tracking;

• Applicants with data analysis tools (such as Excel advanced functions / SQL / Tableau / Power BI, etc.) application ability are preferred;

• Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, able to write requirement documents and conduct cross-departmental communication;

• Carefulness, sense of responsibility, organization, and good problem-solving skills.
