Responsibilities:
0-1 Growth & Funnel Optimization: Lead market entry and optimize the full conversion funnel: Registration → Card Binding → First Swipe → Retention.
Performance Channels: Build and manage local KOL, Community, and Affiliate networks. Focus strictly on CPA/RevShare models and actual transaction ROI.
Local Insights: Act as a bridge between the market and HQ. Refine product UX and marketing messaging based on local user behavior to support CEO’s strategic decisions.
Data Ownership: Take full accountability for ROI, CAC, and LTV. Deliver data-driven reviews to prove market scalability.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in Fintech, Web3, or E-commerce growth with a proven 0-to-1 track record in PH/VN.
Resources: Ready-to-use local KOL/Affiliate networks and community management experience.
Skills: Strong data/funnel analysis and negotiation skills; highly result-oriented.
Languages: Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Mandarin Chinese is a plus).Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable with remote work and ambiguity.
