Key Responsibilities

  • Explore New Leads: Build and expand a client base through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities

  • Creatives: Develop and deliver positive impactful presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to showcase our corporate dormitories solutions.

  • Achieve Sales Growth: Meet sales targets and achieve sales goals assigned by the Company and nurture customer relationships

  • Seal the Deal: Close deals with clients, lead contract negotiations, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements, deliver excellent pre-sales & after-sales service to those project customers

  • Sales Flow Execution: Ensure the sales process runs smoothly from initial contact to successful conversion, delivering a seamless experience for clients.

  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and addressing their inquiries and concerns to foster upselling.

  • Meet and Collaborate: Conduct meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and identify new possibilities for collaboration.

  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop innovative strategies that drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management on progress and opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: HKD 23,000 – HKD 28,000, securing your stable income

Qualifications

  • Education: Higher Diploma or higher qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B industry, property management or a related industry.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written negotiation and closing skills

  • Energetic Attitude: A positive, energetic approach, customer-oriented and interested in dealing with people

  • Proactive Mindset: Result driven, Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
