Job Description
Our client is a reputed Group in Hong Kong. Its property sector is looking for a Leasing Officer to join them:
Job Responsibilities
Provide support on all leasing related documents, such as tenancy administration, handling enquiries, lease documents preparation, site inspection and terms negotiation
Provide regular market analysis and research updates
Oversee daily leasing operations and ensure properties are properly maintained.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; build and maintain strong relationship with agents, tenants and business partners
Job Requirements
Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience office property leasing and tenancy work in Hong Kong
Good understanding of leasing laws, landlord-tenant ordinances, and procedures
Good market awareness and keep abreast with market trends
Self-motivated with good teamworking skills; analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence is preferred
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Leasing Officer / Leasing Assistant
