Job Description
Leasing Assistant (welcome Fresh Graduates)
Job Responsibilities:- Assist the supervisor in formulating and implementing the leasing strategy for the commercial real estate portfolio under his/her responsibility
- Participate in developing and implementing strategic real estate solutions for customers
- Analyze and evaluate real estate options and provide the best solution to customers
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement customer-specific strategies and overall platform strategies
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and organize various reports and presentation materials
- Manage the entire life cycle of commercial real estate leasing transactions
- College degree or above, majoring in real estate, business management or other related fields is preferred
- Preference will be given to those with a real estate license; if not, they must take the exam within three months of employment
- Applicants with two or more years of commercial real estate market work experience are preferred, those with less experience can apply for the Real Estate Executive position
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc. office software
- Good writing and communication skills in Cantonese, with a solid foundation in English, and knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is highly desirable
- Have good time management skills
- Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and goal-oriented
- Able to complete work tasks efficiently under pressure
