• Responsible for the project’s global compliance operations, including legal matters related to cross-border donations, international cooperation agreements, intellectual property (e.g., open-source licenses), etc.;

• Research non-profit organization regulations in different countries/regions (e.g., US 501(c)(3), China’s Charity Law, etc.) to mitigate compliance risks;

• Handle foreign-related contract negotiations, data privacy (GDPR, etc.), and dispute resolution to ensure the legality of the organization’s international projects;

• Provide legal training to the team and establish an internal risk control system.

• Legal professional background, 5+ years of legal experience, experience in international law firms or

multinational organizations preferred;

• Familiar with relevant domestic and international laws and regulations, holds Chinese legal practice

qualification, qualifications in common law jurisdictions are a plus;

• Excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) contract drafting and negotiation skills, adaptable to cross-time

zone collaboration;

• Practical experience in tech ethics, data security, the blockchain industry, and other related fields is preferred.
