Duties:
1. Provide daily legal advice to company management and various business departments, participate in major business decisions, issue legal opinions and alert to risks.
3. Establish and improve the company's compliance management system, formulate compliance rules and operating instructions, organize compliance risk identification, evaluation and rectification, and supervise the implementation of compliance rules.
4. Improve the company's internal legal management system and process, organize legal regulations interpretation, case analysis, etc. internal legal training.
5. Track national and local laws and regulations, industry policies, changes, analyze their impact on the company's business, provide corresponding response suggestions, and at the same time manage external protection of the company's intellectual property.
II. Position requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law, holding a legal professional qualification, with at least 3 years of experience in internal legal affairs of enterprises or well-known law firms' commercial affairs, large enterprises/IPO experience is preferred.
2. Proficient in legal regulations, familiar with industry supervision and regulation policies, and with the ability to handle special legal affairs such as contract review, litigation, and financing and mergers and acquisitions.
3. Have the ability to build a compliance management system, risk assessment and supervision, and independently promote compliance work to be implemented, and respond to external regulatory inspections.
4. Have good communication and coordination, team collaboration skills, can clearly communicate legal opinions, coordinate internal and external resources.
5. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, be able to handle English legal documents, have strong stress resistance, and be able to efficiently handle multiple concurrent legal affairs.
