We are expanding our footprint by partnering with luxury, retail, and emerging brands to deliver tailored advisory services that eliminate vendor complexity and accelerate business execution.
Main Responsibilities
Your mission will be to drive sales and business development for our corporate solutions across the Asia Pacific region. You will focus on networks such as luxury retail partners, department stores, multi-brand concepts, and online platforms, leveraging our expertise in HR, compliance, and transformation services to support client growth. As such:
Build the commercial strategy for corporate solutions in the region, targeting sectors like beauty, retail, and luxury.Participate in budget construction, monitor figures and P&L, and negotiate annual business plans by market.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners in advisory services.
Use negotiation and prospecting skills to open new markets and secure partnerships for services like corporate advisory, HR advisory, compliance consultancy, transformation services.
Negotiate optimal conditions for DNA Corporate Partners and contribute to drafting commercial agreements.
Establish effective monthly sales reporting with a strong analytical focus, analyzing performance to refine action plans.
Serve as a regional expert, understanding market trends, key players, and opportunities in corporate advisory.
Train and support partner teams on our services during visits, enhancing their ability to promote solutions like temporary staffing for events and HR consultancy for operational efficiency.
Develop, negotiate, and implement an annual operational marketing plan per market to maximize visibility, build brand awareness, and drive adoption of our AI-enabled advisory tools.
Required Profile
Proven experience (more than 8 years) as an Area Sales Manager or similar, ideally in luxury, retail, or advisory sectors with a focus on strategy and business development.
Deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific region, including market trends and customer behaviors.
Strong network of luxury brands within Asia Pacific region. Passion for luxury, retail, and corporate solutions; stays updated on industry news.
Results-oriented mindset that thrives in a growth-focused environment.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Autonomous, organized, agile, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial, evolving setting.
Strong managerial capacity to lead cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English is a must for APAC region.
Expertise in Excel (pivot tables), PPT, CRM, ERP, and data analysis tools.
