Job Description
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach activities to sell life, health, property, and casualty insurance products
- Assess clients』 insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options tailored to their personal or business requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client information, policy details, and sales activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Provide ongoing customer service by assisting clients with policy renewals, changes, claims filing, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and state regulations to ensure professional knowledge and compliance in all sales practices
- Valid state insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe; multiple lines of authority are a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred but not required for candidates demonstrating strong sales aptitude
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales performance
