The Role: Your Impact

The In-house Legal Officer (Paralegal) will be critical in protecting the company’s intellectual property rights globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing global Intellectual Property (IP) protection rules (primarily Trademark and Design Patent).

• Cooperate in completing overseas IP layout and planning schemes aligned with the company's business development stage.

• Support the legal team in various IP-related administrative and research tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Legal studies preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of solid, relevant experience.

• Proven experience in:

  • Handling Trademark applications; OR

  • Sales/marketing experience on IP services; OR

  • Law clerk experience in an IP context.

• Strong analytical skills and well-organized approach.

• Ability to prioritize and work effectively under tight schedules (Delivery focused).

• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and committed to quality work.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is mandatory.
