Part-time Customer Service Assistant

• Handling customer inquiries, including phone and email responses
• Contact nursing staff to arrange relevant work matters
• Assist with general office work and data input
• Organize and update customer and employee contact information
• Provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed

• Applicants with customer service experience will be given priority
• Excellent communication skills, able to handle inquiries with politeness and professionalism
• Familiarity with computer operations, including Chinese input method, Excel and Outlook basic applications
• Have the ability to handle affairs independently, proactive and responsible
• Able to work evening and weekend shifts (Monday to Friday 6:30PM – 10:30PM or/and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 10:00AM – 16:00PM)
