Role Overview

Provide expert life insurance advisory and sales support in a corporate setting. Work with high-quality, pre-qualified leads generated internally (e.g., from marketing, partnerships, existing policyholders, and referral programs) to offer tailored solutions. This is a salaried corporate role with a solid base pay—no heavy reliance on cold prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with provided leads to conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable life insurance products (e.g., whole life, universal life, critical illness, endowment, retirement/annuity plans)

• Present customized proposals, explain policy features, benefits, riders, and illustrations clearly and compliantly

• Process applications, coordinate underwriting, and follow up to policy issuance

• Maintain strong client relationships for policy servicing, renewals, and future opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., claims, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth client experiences

• Achieve sales targets with the support of quality leads, training, and back-office resources

• Adhere to IA/IIQE regulations and company guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Degree holder (Finance, Business, or related preferred) or equivalent

• Passed IIQE Papers 1, 3 & 5 (or committed to obtaining promptly)

• 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales/advisory, bancassurance, or financial services (corporate/in-house experience advantageous)

• Excellent Cantonese (spoken & written); good English; Mandarin a plus

• Strong consultative skills, product knowledge, and client relationship focus

• Self-motivated with good analytical and presentation abilities

• Valid insurance intermediary license preferred
