Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for modernization (MOD) and service/maintenance contracts in the Macau market.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and increase market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property management companies, consultants, contractors, and key clients.

• Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and grow recurring service revenue.

• Lead and manage the tendering and proposal process, including pricing strategy, technical coordination, and contract negotiation.

• Work closely with internal engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support business planning.

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in sales within the lift & escalator industry, with strong exposure to MOD and services.

• Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and tendering in Macau.

• Strong local market knowledge and network in Macau.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.

• Macau ID holder preferred; Hong Kong candidates willing to be based long‑term in Macau will be considered.
