Aircraft Loading Supervisor

Job Description
Responsibilities:
To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo, baggage and mail into/from aircraft.
To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carrier.
To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report.
To communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.
To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale in section.
To monitor the attendance and punctuality of a team of Aircraft Loading Agents.
Requirements:
Post-secondary or above.
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.
Knowledge of PC.
Holder of valid HK driving license 1 & 2
