Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling commercial loan-related documents, with special focus on bank escrow (mortgage loan) and silver rights documents review and archiving

• Accurately input loan information into the bank system, ensure that all data and documents are consistent and meet the internal compliance requirements

• Coordinate with the credit department, front-line units and external partners to follow up on the progress of various loan execution processes

• Organize and prepare the legal and administrative documents required for loan closure, ensuring that the process is complete and timely

• Support daily backend operations, including clerical processing, data archiving and system record updates, to maintain a high-efficiency and orderly workflow

• Hold a professional degree or above, good Chinese and English proficiency, basic writing and communication skills

• Must have 3 to 5 years of backend operations experience in a bank or financial institution, familiar with commercial loan processing procedures

• Experience in handling "bank guarantee" or real estate mortgage loan documents, understanding the process of bank authority

• Proficient in using computer systems for data input and word processing, typing fast and paying attention to details

• Steady work attitude, sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to repetitive but precise backend administrative work

• Monthly salary of $25,000 - $35,000, depending on experience

• Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime that can be compensated with extra pay or a day off
