Job Responsibilities

• Stay in touch with new and old customers by phone, and build good relationships
• Handle loan-related administrative affairs, including sorting and verifying customer application documents
• Provide professional and efficient loan consultation services
• Coordinate internal processes to ensure smooth loan procedures

Requirements:

• One or more years of experience in office work, customer service or sales, with bank, insurance or loan-related experience preferred
• Have good communication skills, be able to clearly express and understand customer needs
• Have basic office software operation skills, and be able to effectively process administrative work.
• Responsibility, able to maintain good work efficiency under pressure.
