Main responsibilities

• Meet with customers, understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products (such as personal loans, mortgage loans, business loans, etc.).
• Assess the customer's creditworthiness and financial information to ensure that loan applications meet the company's policies and regulatory requirements.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, prepare and review related documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick processing and approval of loan applications.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively promote company loan products, achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Stay up to date on market trends and loan product updates, and provide professional advice.

Requirements

• College degree or above, finance, business or related field preferred.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent Mandarin, English or other language abilities are preferred.
• Familiar with loan products and financial services, those with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Customer-centric, with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Familiar with local financial regulations and loan approval processes.
• Able to work under pressure, with the motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office) and customer management systems.
