Job Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on loan and security documentation for syndicated loans, corporate loans, and project financing transactions.

• Verify legal and collateral documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Negotiate with borrowers, legal counsels, and lender groups during the documentation review process.

• Provide quality documentation support and advisory to relationship managers and product managers.

• Manage pre‑ and post‑drawdown conditions, including condition precedent/subsequent, covenant monitoring, and ongoing compliance checks.

• Support ad‑hoc projects related to daily banking and loan operations and administration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in handling syndicated/commercial loan documentation, operations, or administration within a banking environment.

• Strong understanding of Hong Kong banking laws, lending regulations, and credit security structures.

• Able to deliver high‑quality work with accuracy and under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Credit Execution Manager role.
